Christina Lee, PT
Clinic Director
Christina Lee, PT received her B.S. in Physical Therapy from University of Washington and a B. S. in Health Science and Human Performance from the University of Anchorage. Christina provides specialized therapy for women experiencing urinary incontinence, back pain related to pre-and post-pregnancy, and pelvic pain which can affect women and men of all ages. She utilizes biofeedback, pelvic floor strengthening, and muscle retraining to improve the health and quality of life for her patients. |

Certified Pilates Instructor
Tyra Malmborg-O’Kelley, MPT and Certified Pilates Instructor, Tyra Malmborg-O’Kelley has over 17 years of experience in treating patients in Physical Therapy and is now sharing her expertise in Pilates. Tyra received her masters in Physical Therapy from Chapman College in California and completed a year of training and certification in Pilates.“My past experience in physical therapy led me to appreciate and value the importance of exercise for all types of people. Pilates exercises can be performed on specialized equipment or on the floor, to enable people of all abilities to participate. The principles of Pilates address core strength, flexibility and balance - essentials needed to restore functional movement – the same principles of physical therapy,” |

Regina Bowen, OTR/L, CHT
Certified Hand Therapist
Regina is a graduate of San Jose State University with a BS in Occupational Therapy, and is also a Certified Hand Therapist with over 20 years experience in the field. She looks forward to working with the team at the Evergreen clinic, where she believes her experience and educational background will be a great asset to her patients and their physicians.
She specializes in custom splint fabrication for adult and pediatric patients, treatment of traumatic hand injuries, wrist and digital fractures, tendon and nerve repairs, and repetitive strain injuries
In her spare time, Regina enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, swimming, and traveling. |

Amber Vander Voet, LMP
Amber is a graduate of Spectrum Center School of Massage in Lake Stevens. She has enjoyed practicing in a variety of treatment setting. Amber specializes in several different massage techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Therapeutic, and Pregnancy.
During her time off, she enjoys spending time with her 3 dogs and photographing unique landscapes and flowers. She loves to work out in her yard and garden. |

Melanie Evans, LMP
Licensed Massage Practitioner
Melanie is a graduate from Ashmead College in Everett where she graduated with Top Honors in 2006. She specializes in several different massage techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, Hot Stone Massage, and Pregnancy Massage. Melanie is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and Vice President Board of Directors of the Northwest Lymphedema Center. She volunteers her time at MS Walkathon, Lymphedema Walkathon and Cancer Life Walkathon.
In her spare time she enjoys playing the piano, gardening, walking on the beach, watching movies, and going on trips with her husband. |
