M. Shannon O' Kelley, MPT
Clinic Director, Integrated Rehabilitation Group Inc. President
Shannon brings over 18 years of experience in physical therapy to the table. By combining his compassion for each physical therapy patient and his passion for marketing physical therapy, he has become an industry leader. His goal to exceed the patient’s expectations has earned the company a reputation for excellent care with exceptional results.
Shannon has taken active leadership roles in the community, maintaining affiliations or board positions with:
- Private Practice Special Interest Group for Physical Therapists
- Physical Therapy Association of Washington
- Mill Creek Rotary Club,
- Everett’s Children’s Museum
- YMCA of Snohomish County
- Archbishop Thomas J. Murphy High School

He holds a BS in Biology from Washington State University, 1984, and a Master’s in Physical Therapy from Chapman College/Children’s Hospital of L.A., 1986. |

Mark Boede, MPT, ASTYM
Certified ASTYM - Augmented Soft Tissue Mobilization Provider
Mark received his physical therapy training with a Master’s degree from the University of Washington in 2001. He has been practicing physical therapy for the last four years with an emphasis in Sports Medicine, orthopedic, and post-operative rehabilitation. He has specialized training in ASTYM. His interests include recreational sports, hiking coaching high school track and field, and spending time with his wife and daughters. |

Chris Walker MS, ATC
Head Athletic Trainer, Everett Silvertips Hockey Team.
Chris is a graduate of the University of New Mexico, earning a Masters in Sports Administration, along with serving as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer for the University of New Mexico athletics department. He has also worked with the New Mexico Scorpions, of the Central Hockey League; the St. Paul Saints, a minor-league baseball team; and completed a season-long internship with the Minnesota Timberwolves. Chris is the head Athletic Trainer and Strength and Conditioning coach for The Everett Silvertips Hockey Team. |

- Mary-Ann graduated in 1990 from the Brenneke School of Massage. She opened her first massage clinic in West Seattle in August of that same year and maintained a very successful business until 1998 when she moved to Snohomish and opened her second business. Mary specializes in several different massage techniques. Her treatments include a variety of techniques, depending on the situation.

In her spare time, Mary-Ann loves to cook, travel, remodel, read and day-trip. |

Julie Mahler, MS, RD, CD
Mahler, a registered dietitian, will be providing nutritional counseling at Mukilteo Physical Therapy for patients who are looking to optimize sports performance, diabetic patients, and patients that are looking to incorporate good nutrition into their life for weight-loss or improved well-being.
Julie received her masters in Nutrition from Tufts University, she is also certified in Adult Weight Management. Julie's experience in adult weight management helps patients sustain success by motivating them to take an active role in improving their health.
