Mark appreciates the importance of injury prevention and rehabilitation for keeping patients healthy, active, and enjoying life. Mark is passionate about human movement and understanding the movement-specific biomechanics needs of each patient to facilitate patients returning to what it is they love doing. As a former collegiate swimmer, Mark enjoys working with athletes to prevent injury, improve performance, and rehabilitating sport-specific injuries. Mark enjoys a multitude of outdoor activities including hiking, running, snowboarding, and relaxing in a beautiful area with his fiance, Jayme, and their dog Atlas.
